Mark Azzopardi

Mark Azzopardi is a respected Business Leader with over 30 years’ professional services, board and commercial experience across many industry sectors, including Not for Profits. Mark brings a wealth of financial and commercial experience to his role as Finance Director on the PVV Board, as well as the Audit & Risk and Corporate Advisory Committees at PVV.

Clive Scott

Clive Scott is the General Manager of the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins and has worked in Hospitality over 45 years He has a Diploma in Hotel Management and a Degree in Economics. He is actively involved in Melbourne’s business and arts community. He is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for Hope Street Youth & Family Services, is Chairman of the Georges Mora Fellowship and is Chairman of Judges for the 2021 Melbourne Awards. Clive has been honoured with the Gold Tourism Medal from the French Minister of Tourism for his contribution to tourism development between France and Australia, The Brolga Award from the Australian Dancing Society and in 2021 Quens Birthday Honours was made a Member of the Order of Australia for his services to the Hospitality industry and the Arts.

Deb Underwood

Deb’s career has been diverse, and she has worked with some significant brands. Success has come not only from a well-rounded marketing experience but from an interest and understanding of economics, culture and people (employees and clients). Deb values and work significantly with Global teams to build campaigns and assets and is often called on as a reference point.

Deb values the opportunity to work across countries. She has acted as a leader, advisor, and advocate of APAC/ASEAN team. Her expertise is called on for everything from strategy and PR to client advocacy.

David has extensive experience in policing and the corporate sector having held senior management positions in risk and compliance across the Banking sector. David is also a police veteran with >21 years service.
