Get Social
Simple activities like sharing a coffee or catching up for a chat helps keep people connected and start to have important conversations about wellbeing
Thought about joining a club? There are more out there than you’d might think! Whether it’s having a yarn with fellow veterans at your local pub or meeting up for a game of golf, staying social cran be greatly beneficial for your mental and physical wellbeing. All it can take sometimes is a conversation.
PVV encourages groups other than listed here to reach out and advertise with us here. Get in contact with Carla Deale, our Communications Lead via carla.deale@policeveteransvic.org.au
