He brings a wealth of big data mental health analytics and scientific rigor to the organisation, setting it apart from others in the space. With a background in Human Nutrition and strong business development acumen, Shane is extremely passionate about Moving Mindz and its mission. “It’s important for organisations to not only run mental health programs, but to measure and evaluate them, so that they understand the impact made.”
Dan Copsey
Daniel is the son of a retired Victorian Police Officer Phil Copsey, who served over 40 years on the Force. Daniel grew up with his father undertaking a varied number of roles within the Victoria Police Force which included both time in the Traffic Operations Group and the State Event Planning Unit. Since entering his professional life Daniel has moved through senior roles in both the construction and infrastructure space around Australia and now is the Co-Founder and CEO of the JRJD Group.
The JRJD Group comprises of Marketing Agencies, Digital Service providers, Consumer marketing insight products, Blockchain focused podcast, budding web3 media service and a VC fund focused on emerging technologies. With offices in London, New York, Melbourne, Sydney Auckland and the Middle East, Daniel overseas a headcount of over 150 product specialists and executives.
Clive Scott
Luke Lawlor
With over twenty years’ experience in owning and managing multiple real estate agencies on the Mornington Peninsula, Emergency Services Property Advisors director Luke Lawlor came up with the concept of offering his services exclusively to emergency services workers after returning home from a ‘bucket list’ walk of the Kokoda Track in 2016. Joining Luke on the trek were some lifelong friends who are current emergency service workers including Peter Condon, a serving police office and the owner of Kokoda Courage treks.
Fast forward to 2021, and ESPA provides a completely free service to emergency services professionals looking to buy or sell property. Breaking free from conventional real estate, Luke is able to better serve the community that he is most passionate about – the emergency services sector.
Sean Higgins
Sean hails originally from New Zealand. He spent his first 22 years of his working life as a Detective in the New Zealand Police, covering everything homicide to sexual abuse. He was one of the first detectives in the country to specialise in child and adult sex abuse victims. During this time, he spent three years working voluntarily on the Crimewatch programme in NZ.
Retiring from the Police, Sean worked for the NZ Prime Minister & Cabinet doing crime prevention projects and in his spare time he became the Chairman of the local Victim Abuse Support committee.
David McGowan
David has extensive experience in policing and the corporate sector having held senior management positions in risk and compliance across the Banking sector. David is also a police veteran with >21 years service.
