Noel Collins 13256 to be presented with VPSM

How’s this for a good news story?

Pictured above is Phil Copsey, active VPSO and police veteran, presenting a PVV polo shirt to Noel Collins 13256 along with news he’ll finally be presented with his VPSM.

This is all thanks to Phil’s hard work, who has been supporting Noel for the past few months in a VPSO capacity. Noel and his family were overwhelmed by the support and news.

Well done, Phil and Noel!

  1. Our father is a proud Victorian police veteran and is excited to be receiving his medal.
VPSO Phil Copsey has been an absolute legend with Dad (ptsd) and certainly brightens Dad’s day.
Thanks, Phil and all of the VPSO’s.

  2. My Dear Friend and Mate Noel, I lost touch with you back in late 2001. We shared a journey together that I am so grateful for. You were able to help me when I couldn’t help myself. I feel immense joy this afternoon seeing you being presented by Phil Copsey with your VPSM. It will never be lost on me what a wonderful, dedicated, thorough investigator you were with Victoria Police. Please remember fondly the annual Christmas Party at Airlea College, South Yarra, where you were always a “special invited guest.” I am also a proud Victoria Police Veteran. Great to see your smiling face. I can still hear your laughter after all these years. Take good care friend. Thanks to Phil Copsey and all the dedicated VPSO’s. Keep up your good work.
